RUBBERING AND GRINDING OF ROLLERS AND WHEELS
Characteristics
We rubberize metal and plastic rollers, rollers used in the printing industry, transport, construction, mining industries, wheels of forklifts, carts and other transport vehicles.
The surface of the rollers can be unground (textile pattern), cylindrically smooth ground or with vertical parallel grooves.
Rubber dimensions
Rubber coating dimensions Rubber coating dimensions with grinding of rollers/wheels: up to Ø 350 mm, maximum length 1500 mm.
Rubber coating dimensions without grinding: up to Ø 500 mm, maximum length 6000 mm. We produce rubber sleeves (rubber tubes, ground or not) for metal or plastic rollers, which are most often used for non-powered transport rollers.

Materials used for rubberization are NR, SBR, BR, EPDM, NBR, NR/BR, SILICONE, POLYURETHANE RUBBER
