How to order?

  1. Select the desired product and quantity and add it to the cart. A window will open offering you to review your order (“view cart”) or complete your order (“checkout”).
  2. Once you have selected everything you need, check your shopping cart carefully.
  3. If you are satisfied with your choice, click “payment”.
  4. Follow the 6 steps and enter the required information until the order is confirmed.
  5. When choosing delivery and payment method, you can add a comment.
  6. Finally, when you check all the order details and confirm the “General Terms and Conditions”, you will reach the step where you confirm the order.
  7. The package will be delivered to the specified address within 24 to 48 hours (islands 3-7 days).

What are the payment methods?

Payment is made by credit card, bank transaction or cash on delivery.

Is paying by credit card safe?

The pasaric.hr online store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) data security. The user is also responsible for protecting personal data in a way that guarantees the security of their username and password, as well as appropriate (antivirus) software to protect their computer.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the product?

The consumer has the right to return the goods to the seller, if for any reason he is not satisfied, within 14 days from the notification of the cancellation of the Contract. Please note that the returned goods must be undamaged. The buyer may not and cannot use the received goods during the withdrawal period.

What to do in case of receiving a defective item?

The consumer can complain about a product with defects at the Seller’s address, e-mail address vulkanizacija@pasaric.hr or via the Contact form in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Who delivers the package?

The package is delivered by our contractual partner – the DPD delivery service.

How much does delivery cost?

For products ordered through the online store pasaric.hr, delivery costs 6.50 euros.

When should I expect the package to be delivered?

The usual delivery time for the Croatian territory is within 24 to 48 hours (islands 3-7 days).
