How to order?
1. Choose the product you want and the quantity you want and add it to the basket.
2. A window with an offer will be opened to review the order ("Look at the Cart") or to complete the order ("Billing").
3. Once you have chosen everything you need, carefully check the basket.
4. If you are satisfied with the choice, click "Pay".
5. Follow 6 steps and enter the requested data to confirm your order.
6. You can add a comment when choosing the delivery and payment method.
7. Finally, when checking all the orders details and confirm the "General Terms and Terms of Use" you come to the step where you confirm your order.
8. If you have chosen Economy delivery, you can expect the package within 4-10 days for EU countries. If you have chosen Express delivery, you can expect the package within 24-48 hours for EU countries. Delivery to countries outside the EU takes 5-12 days, depending on the country of delivery.
What are the payment methods?
Payment can be made by credit card, bank transaction or PayPal.
Is Payment with a credit card safe?
Internet-store PASARIC.hr uses data layer safety. The user is also responsible for protecting personal information in a way that guarantees the safety of his username and password and the appropriate software (antiviral) protection of his computer.
What to do if I am not satisfied on the product?
The consumer has the right to return the goods to the seller, if for any reason he is not satisfied, within 14 days of the announcement of the termination of the contract. Keep in mind that the goods that return must be undamaged. The buyer may not and cannot use the goods received during the withdrawal period from the contract.
What to do in case of receiving of a defective item?
The consumer may put a complaint with the defects of the product to the seller to e-mail address vulkanizacija@pasaric.hr or by contact form in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Who delivers the package?
The package is delivered by our contract partner - DHL delivery service.
What is the shipping cost?
The amount of delivery depends on the country of delivery and on the service that the customer chooses. Delivery prices are visible at checkout after entering the delivery address.
When to expect a package delivery?
Delivery time depends on the country of delivery and on the service that the customer chooses.
If you have chosen Economy delivery, you can expect the package within 4-10 days for EU countries. If you have chosen Express delivery, you can expect the package within 24-48 hours for EU countries, excluding our handling time.
To countries outside the EU, we ship only by Express delivery. Delivery time is 5-12 days, depending on the country of delivery.
