Delivery takes place in the EU and third world countries. If delivery to your location is not possible, you will be notified

Delivery process and time

Delivery within the EU is performed by the contractual partners DPD or DHL, at the choice of the Buyer, and to third countries by DHL.

The usual delivery time with DHL Economy for the EU area is within 4-10 days for orders placed on a business day. For orders placed on Fridays after 9:00 am and on weekends and holidays, the delivery time is 4-10 days from the beginning of the first following working day.

The usual delivery time with DHL Express for countries within the EU is 24-48 hours for orders placed on a business day. For orders placed on Fridays after 9:00 am and during weekends and holidays, the delivery time is 24-48 hours from the beginning of the first following working day.

Delivery time with DHL Express for third countries is within 5-12 business days for orders placed on a business day. For orders placed on Fridays after 9:00 am and on weekends and holidays, the delivery time is 5-12 days from the beginning of the first following working day.

The stated delivery time does not include our handling time..

All products will be protected and packaged so that they cannot be damaged by normal transport handling.

After shipping your order, you will receive an e-mail with the shipment number and tracking instructions so that you can check where your package is currently located at any time.

When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to take over the shipment on which external damage is visible. The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note or delivery note when taking over the goods, and the delivery service takes it as a confirmation of collection. By signing the Buyer's receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been taken over without visible external damage.

In the event that we are not able to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, we will notify you and arrange a possible new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Contract and refund.

Delivery time may delay a couple of days due to severe weather condition, seasonal effects, national holidays or other reasons related to Courier Company, which is not under our influence.

Additional costs (for customs or taxes) may occur when shipping to non-EU countries.
